“The data owner is entitled to exercise the right of access to the mentioned information free of charge only once every six months, unless a lawful interest is evidenced to such effect pursuant to what is set forth in section 14, subsection 3, Act 25.326”
“The National Personal Protection Office (Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales), as the Controlling Authority of Act 25.326, shall be empowered to receive any claim that may be filed regarding compliance with personal data protection laws and regulations”.
