Pampa Energia, under its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy implemented with its employees and the communities where it operates, grants scholarships for the electrical engineering’s major at the university of Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA).

The goal is to promote access to young people from the communities where the company operates to get a university degree, as well as training professionals in the electricity sector.

The scholars will have the possibility to do internships, based on the needs and possibilities of each one, at the headquarters of Pampa Energia. As a reward for getting good performance on the educational tasks, the scholars will have the opportunity to do instructive visits to the Company’s power generation plants in Mendoza, Salta, Bahía Blanca and Neuquén.
