Energy supply from substations to consumers

Edenor is the largest electricity distribution company in Argentina in terms of number of customers and electricity sold. It holds a concession to distribute electricity on a surface of 4,637 km2 covering the north of the city and Greater Buenos Aires, and it delivers electricity to approximately 8.5 million people on an exclusive basis.

Rates and other concession terms are subject to the regulation set by the Argentine Government, acting through the Ministry of Productive Development, the Secretariat of Energy and the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE).
